There is a version of branded merchandise that most companies never get to experience. It is not the logo'd pen or the company polo. It is the kind of gift that makes someone stop, read every word on the packaging, and then tell a colleague about it the next day.
Last year we got to be part of exactly that kind of project.
A Fortune 100 insurance and financial services company came to us with a vision already formed. They had sourced a boutique spice company, developed a creative concept, and designed four custom labels — each one representing a specific company initiative. What they needed was a partner who could produce it, package it, and get it into the hands of 280 people.
We produced the labels, built a menu card that mapped each spice to a company value or priority, packed everything into a custom branded box, and shipped to all 280 recipients.
The result was a gift that lived on kitchen counters for months. Every time someone reached for one of those spice blends, the brand was there — tied to a memory, a story, and a meaning that a standard logo item never could have created.
The lesson we took from this project is one we come back to often. Sometimes the best ideas come from the client. Our job is to listen carefully, source the right partners, and execute it perfectly.
If you have a concept in mind for an upcoming initiative, event, or recognition moment — even a rough one — we would love to help you bring it to life.
