Corporate buyers are moving away from throwaway giveaways. In a 2026 swag trends survey of more than 1,000 buyers, 91% said their teams or clients feel more valued receiving a recognized retail brand than a generic private-label item, and 67% only call a swag purchase a success if recipients voluntarily use it.
A bag from a brand people already know and want checks both boxes. Here are three worth a look right now:
Cotopaxi Batac Repurposed Backpack: Each one is built from repurposed materials, so no two come out the same. It carries as a backpack, over the shoulder, or by the grab handle, and it's a natural fit for teams that care about sustainability.
Brevitē backpacks: A clean, simple silhouette loaded with practical features. That minimal look is what buyers are asking for right now, and it leaves plenty of flat surface for an embroidered logo.
Timbuk2: The San Francisco brand that made its name on the messenger bag is built around durability, and it offers a repair service for bags that wear out. Its City Compass collection uses certified recycled materials.
